3. We work with you on a personal basis to complete the Attendance Allowance application over the phone.

4. We send you the completed Attendance Allowance Application via email and text for you to sign digitally, with a step-by-step guide.
5. Finally, we submit your application and support you through the assessment process until we get you a successful outcome. Some claims may take longer but we will not stop until we get a decision that you deserve, maintaining our 98% success rate.

Our Fees — Fair, Transparent, and Success-Based

If your claim isn’t successful, you pay nothing.

For successful applications, our fee is 15% of your first year’s award plus VAT, which works out as:

Most clients use their backdated payment — typically around two months’ worth of benefits paid at once — to cover the fee, meaning you don’t need to pay anything out of pocket.
We also offer interest free 2-3 month payment plans to make sure no one is left at a disadvantage, even if a back payment is smaller than expected.
