Attendance Allowance Made Simple and Stress-Free
Helping older adults get the benefits they deserve — quickly, clearly, and with support every step of the way.
Our service is dedicated to helping you or your loved one apply for Attendance Allowance. Anyone over the age of 66, living with serious health conditions such as Dementia, COPD, Arthritis, Heart Conditions, Diabetes Mellitus, and many more, could be eligible.
What is Attendance Allowance?
Attendance Allowance is a non-means-tested, tax-free benefit for those who are 66 or over and living with a medical condition(s) that means they need a little extra help or would benefit from support in their day-to-day lives.
Attendance Allowance does not affect State Pension or savings, and it could mean another £470+ per month to your household income. It is important to remember that you can apply on behalf of a loved one, when you’re an appointee, or hold power of attorney, and if you don’t have either, don’t worry, you can apply within the form.
A successful application could see an award of either £3,842 or £5,740 per year, depending on whether you’re awarded the higher or lower rate of attendance allowance, and this depends on your needs. The lower rate is awarded to individuals with daytime difficulties or care needs, while the higher rate is for individuals who need day and night support.
Where We Come in...
Nearly all our successful applicants have told us they did not feel comfortable completing the Attendance Allowance application form themselves. The 32-page application can be confusing and complex for many individuals, with over 50% of self-made applications being rejected.
We complete the Attendance Allowance application for you over the phone, with it taking around an hour and a half to complete the form. We talk you through the difficulties you or your loved one has, ensuring a thorough process and detailed application.
Our track record speaks for itself—we've achieved a 94% success rate in applications we’ve completed with our clients. A well-prepared application is crucial, and taking the time to ensure thoroughness can make all the difference. While efficiency is important, rushing the process may not yield the best results. We recommend careful consideration when evaluating lower-cost alternatives, as our success stems from the meticulous approach we take.
Our Charges
For our services, we only charge for successful applications; if your claim is unsuccessful, you do not owe us anything. For successful applicants, we charge 15% of the first year's claim plus VAT. This works out as either £691.70 for the lower rate award or £1033.34 for the higher rate award. This is preferred as a one-off payment, but we understand some awards are granted faster than expected, so we do offer a payment plan for those who don't receive a large back dated payment, so no one is left at a disadvantage.
Your back-dated payment is dependant on how long it takes the DWP to come to a decision about your claim, usually we have estimated it takes around 2 months, meaning you get 2 months worth of the allowance upfront. It is our standard and fair practice to treat the back-dated payment as the first source of funds towards settling our fees, either as an instalment or to pay our fees in full.
By handling the application process for you or a loved one, we ensure that you do not miss out on this valuable support.
