Your Benefit Entitlements
We check your benefit eligibility in minutes. You will know very quickly what benefits you are eligible for and we will work with you, personally to support you, understand your life situation and prepare and submit the most detailed application we can, using your own information. You can apply for any benefit on your own. According to DWP statistics on failure rates for people applying on their own, we have a considerably higher success rate. There is no money to pay up front and nothing to pay if you are not successful. We want to help as many people as we can but we do need to charge to continue to provide our service.
Maximum Benefits and only pay us if you are successful
You only pay us when you are successful with your claim. If you lose your application, you do not pay us anything at all. You do not need to pay us any money at all up front. As most benefit applications are back dated from the date you apply, you will be able to pay our one off fee from your first payment, which is 15% of your first years assessment. Our average one off fee for Attendance Allowance is £861 but you will receive £5,740.80 in your first year and for as many years as you continue to claim.

Personalised Assistance
We provide personalised assistance over the phone or a video call if you prefer for either you or on behalf of a loved one. We aim to help you make a successful application and be receiving back-dated benefits within 6-8 weeks of application. You can of course apply on your own or wait three months for an appointment with the Citizens Advice Bureau. We find our clients prefer to get help immediately, without any delay.
